At SAFA TURBAN, we specialize in premium wedding wear, accessories, and fabrics. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy strictly applies:
FINAL SALE
- All sales are FINAL for:
- Wedding & bridal wear
- Groom outfits (Sherwani, Tuxedo, Kurta, Ethnic Wear)
- Custom-made, stitched, altered, or special-order garments
- Turbans (Safa/Pagdi), Dupattas
- Fabrics (cut or uncut)
- Jewelry, Kalgi, Brooches & Wedding Accessories
- Sale or discounted items
EXCHANGES (SELECT ITEMS ONLY)
Ready-made, non-custom items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags & packaging
Original receipt required
Exchanges are subject to availability
No cash or card refunds
RESTOCKING FEE
Approved exchanges or refunds are subject to a 15–25% restocking fee
Fee covers inspection, handling, and inventory costs
Fee will not be waived for change of mind, size, color, or style preference
CUSTOM, FABRIC & SPECIAL ORDERS
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom, stitched, altered, or special-order items
All fabric sales are final — customers must verify color, quality, and measurements before purchase
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of purchase
Item must be unused
Resolution (repair/replacement/exchange) at management’s discretion
REFUNDS & RETURN SHIPPING
If a refund is approved, customer pays return shipping
No prepaid return labels provided
Items must be shipped via trackable & insured courier
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds processed after inspection approval

By making a purchase at SAFA TURBAN, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
