At shopsafaturban, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us prior to shipping your item back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please be aware that the following categories are final sale and not eligible for refunds: sale items, earrings, and food products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We recommend taking photos of the item and the packaging, as these will assist us in resolving the issue.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@shopsafaturba.com.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us for the return address. If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
